Pet Boarding Office Hours

Monday - Friday During Monday to Friday our office is open between 8am and 5pm. Saturday On Saturday our office is open between 8am and 12pm. Sunday On Sunday our office is open between 3pm and 5pm. This time is allocated for pet collection/drop off only.
Public Holidays On most public holidays the office is open between 4pm and 6pm. Please note we are closed on Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and News Years Day, although some restrictions may apply on other occasions. Inspections We welcome inspections of our kennels and cattery although these can only be done after 11am on weekdays and by appointment on weekends. Inspections are NOT available during public holidays and busy school holiday periods. If you are unsure then give us a call on (08) 9453 6287. Out of Office Hours Policy If you wish to pick up or drop off your pet outside of the hours specified above we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee at our discretion.
